Wrong Parts
If you have found that the part you have is incorrect you need to notify Parts.
To do this
- Select the vehicle
- Select the work bundle that is 'In Progress'
- Select the Line that has the incorrect Part
- Fill in the 'Unable to Complete Reason'
- Save
- Go Back to the Work Bundle Information Page and select 'Open Wrong Parts'
- Select Confirm Wrong Parts
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU FILL IN WORKSHOP NOTES THIS WILL NOT BE SHOWN TO THE PARTS DEPARTMENT.
