NOSL
A NOSL (Not On the System List) will advise of any vehicles entering the site that cannot be found on WorkEngine and therefore need updating in EVO.
When an Inbound operative enters a NOSL an email notification will be received.
You can open the details of the NOSL from the email or when on WorkEngine open the NOSL view:
| VRM | Open this to view more information |
| Secondary VRM | If the vehicle has a private VRM |
| Make | Make of the Vehicle |
| Model | Model of the Vehicle |
| Colour | Colour of the Vehicle |
| Created At | Date and time the NOSL was created |
| Status | If the NOSL is Open or Closed |
How to View the NOSL
- Select the VRM, you can search using the VRM search bar at the top of the page
- This will show you all the details regarding the vehicle including a photo.
- At the bottom of the page is the arrival information.
- Once you have updated EVO you need to update WorkEngine.
How to Update the Vehicle in WorkEngine
In the vehicle list, you need to find the vehicle that you are working on. This should be in WorkEngine in the status of 'Awaiting Arrival'
Search for the VRM of the vehicle you have just updated:
- Unselect 'Remove Statuses'
- Filter the Statue by ' Awaiting Arrival'
- Search VRM using the VRM search bar
To move the status to 'On Site' select the dropdown at the top of the page where it says ''Awaiting Arrival'.
Once 'On Site' the Tunnel operatives can now 'Arrive' the vehicle.
Closing the NOSL
When you are happy that the vehicle is now in the system and has been updated you can close the NOSL down. This will remove it from your view.
To do this:
Select the vehicle and at the top of the page select the arrow next to 'Open' and select 'Closed'.
If you ever need to check closed NOSLs change the filter to show this.
