Tunnel Receipt
The Tunnel Receipt will capture all the details about that vehicle and will move it to Arrived' so that it's ready for the inspections to be completed.
Viewing which Vehicles are Ready for Tunnel Receipt
Select 'Vehicles on Site' from the start page
Here is a list of all vehicles that are in the status of 'On Site' or 'Arrived'. If the vehicle is showing as 'Arrived' a tunnel receipt has already been completed.

To search for a vehicle, use the 3 lied triangle in the top right. Select this and you can search by VRM
How to do a Tunnel Receipt
Select the VRM to open the tunnel receipt form
- Confirm you are working on the correct vehicle and press the Start button. If it's the incorrect vehicle select the X in the top right to exit and search for the correct vehicle.
- Fill in all the details as requested.
- To move the page select the arrow in the top right of the screen.
Some fields are mandatory and therefore you won't be able to move on without filling these in.
When finished select the Finish button on the last page and the form will close. The vehicle will now be in a statue of 'Arrived'.
