Pre -Inspections (Debowse, Single Image, CRM)

Once a vehicle is in Inspection, there are a number of different inspections it can go through.  

How to Undertake a Pre -Inspection (Debowse, Single Image, CRM)

You need to sign in to the app with the correct credentials

  • Open the 'Vehicles On Site' view
  • From the list shown find the Vehicle you need. You can search for the vehicle by selecting the 3-line triangle and selecting VRM. 
  • Select the vehicle by clicking on the VRM (highlighted in blue)
  • A list of inspections will be shown
  • Select the inspection you require
  • A start page will be shown to ensure you are working on the correct vehicle and inspection. 
  • Select Start if you want to proceed. If not, press the back arrow next to the "Start" at the top of the page.
  • Fill in all the fields. 
  • Select 'Finished' once completed.
  • Repeat with the other pre-inspections
