Vehicles in Inspection
When the vehicle is in the inspection status there are multiple inspections that can be done, this view shows you what current inspection the vehicle is in and what inspections have taken place or have not yet been completed.
Vehicles in Inspection View

| Dowbosed, Single Image, Pre-Cleaned, Cold Metal Repaired, Body Inspected, Road Tested, Mechanical Inspected etc | If this inspection has been completed it will show as a tick against the inspection and if not then an X will be shown |
You can search for the vehicle by using the VRM search bar at the top of the page
How to Move a Vehicle From Inspection
- Select the VRM to show you all the vehicle details, this is highlighted in blue
- Go to the second page, called Status and you will see the inspections that have been completed with an X in the checkbox.
- To move the vehicle from the status of 'Inspection' select the down arrow next to Inspections and move it to 'Inspection Complete'.
- You will get a notification popup asking, are you sure you want to proceed and shows you all the inspections that haven't been completed.
- If you want to move on to Inspection Complete select 'Yes' otherwise select 'No' and the vehicle will stay in 'Inspections' status for the incomplete ones to be done.
Once moved the vehicle will no longer show on the Vehicles in Inspection list.
