Vehicles for Invoicing
When production and QC are completed on the vehicle it will go into a status of ‘Ready for Outbound’ and at this point, the vehicle will be shown in Vehicles for Invoicing.
Viewing Vehicles for Invoicing

| Hours Remaining | Any outstanding hours left in production |
| Vehicle Status | Current status of the vehicle |
| Vehicle Group List | Which Prep centre this vehicle is at |
| Job Card Status | Current status of the job card (Pending, Ready for CDK Job Card, Ready for Job Card Invoicing) |
| Sold | If the vehicle has been sold |
| Reserved | If the vehicle is reserved |
To view and update the job card select the VRM, highlighted in blue.
This will open the job card and you can now change the status of the job card accordingly. When you have confirmed that all the labour lines are correctly on the CDK WIP you can mov the vehicle, either by selecting the little arrow next to job card status:
