How to Order Parts
When the vehicle is ready to have its parts ordered the vehicle will be moved into the status of 'Ready for Parts Ordering' and will be shown in Vehicles for Ordering.
How to View Vehicles for Ordering
Within the view, you will see vehicles in the status of 'Wrong Parts', 'Ready for Ordering' and 'Awaiting Parts'
| VRM | Select the VRM to open the vehicle |
| Make | The make of the vehicle |
| Model | The model of the vehicle |
| Status | Current status of the vehicle |
| Sold | If the vehicle has been sold |
| Reserved | If the vehicle is reserved |
How to Order Parts
Select the VRM to start, this is highlighted in blue
Once you have opened the parts view, this will show you all the information about the vehicle, what lines have been added at inspection and the Parts that have been added.
When you are ready to order the parts CDK:
- Scroll down the page to Parts
- Using the arrow next to Estimate, move the status to Ordered
- Once you have updated all the parts use the X in the corner to close the popup.
- Move the vehicle status from 'Ready for Parts Ordering' to Awaiting Parts
