Planning Work
Planning work allows you to view and decide what vehicles can be worked on ready to be moved into Production.

Viewing Vehicles
To see vehicles that are available to be worked on you need to go to the 'Ready for Production' view:


This view will show you:
| VRM | Select this to view more information |
| Status | If the vehicle is 'Ready for Production' or 'Awaiting Parts' |
| Mech Hours | The number of hours outstanding in that area |
| MOT Lines | How many MOT lines
|
| Smart Hours | The number of hours outstanding in that area |
| Body Hours | The number of hours outstanding in that area |
| Subcon Lines | How many Subcon lines |
| Awaiting Parts | If there are still outstanding parts this will be shown with a tick otherwise a X will be shown |
| Sold | If the vehicle has been sold (these will be at the top of the page) and highlighted red |
| Reserved | If the vehicle has been reserved and highlighted orange |
| Arrived At | Shows how long the vehicle has been on site |
| Sort | The view is ordered by Sold, Reserved and then longest on site

You can filter the view:

Selecting the buttons will restrict the view to only show selected disciplines | |
Viewing Jobs
To view what needs to be done on the vehicle select the VRM, highlighted in blue
This view shows you what jobs are associated with the vehicle:

Moving to 'Ready for Production'
If you are happy to move this into Production there are 2 ways to move this vehicle into Production.
- Select the dropdown at the top of the page and select the discipline you want this vehicle to be moved to
- In the main 'Ready for Production' view, select the little arrow next to the status


When you have selected to move the vehicle into a discipline for work to start a new popup will appear for you to assign and start work
This vehicle has now been moved into the view of 'Vehicles In Production'
