When the vehicle has been delivered to the Store, the store will undertake a Store Quality Inspection.
You need to sign into the app
How to View a Vehicle
Select Vehicles from the main page
| VRM | Select the VRM to open the vehicle |
| Make | The make of the vehicle |
| Model | The make of the vehicle |
| Status | Current status of the vehicle |
| Site | Which Prep centre the vehicle was at |
| Updated At | When the vehicle was last updated |
| Sold | If the vehicle has been sold |
| Reserved | If the vehicle is reserved |
Search for the vehicle by selecting the 3-lined triangle and filter by VRM. Type in the VRM
How to do a Store Inspection
You will see all the details of the vehicle
- Scroll down to Inspections
- This will show any inspections that have already been done for this vehicle
- To start a new Inspection select 'Create New' under Existing Inspections
- Fill in all the relevant fields.
- If you select 'Fail' additional fields will be shown that need to be filled in.
- Click on the floppy disc icon to save
- Select X in the top right to close the form
- If you have failed any of the sections then the inspection will be shown as Failed
- If you pass all sections then the inspection will be shown as Completed
