How to Use the App
Download the App
The WorkEngine app is available in Google Playstore and Apple App Store.
- Download the app
- You must have a user account set up on WorkEngine
- To sign in you will need your email and password that is associated with the user account
When you first sign in
- Once you have entered your email & password you now need to add in a unique 6-digit passcode, which you will need to confirm. This can be used if you need to switch users and, instead of logging back in you can enter your passcode
- You will then be asked to sync your app
- Once that has been completed the Timesheet screen will be shown.
- Select Start Shift to move on.
- However, if you have an active timesheet you will be taken straight to the home page.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to either
- Contact your IT support and they can update the password
- Log on to the Web platform and select 'Forgotten Password' from the sign in page
Forgotten Passcode
If you forget your passcode you can sign in with your email address and password.
From the sign-in page, instead of choosing a logged-in user select Sign in
