Master Tech

At the end of inspections before moving to inspection complete, if a vehicle is found to have an issue that needs investigating the vehicle can be moved into the status of Master Tech Inspection.

How to Move a Vehicle into Mater Tech Inspection 

Before you move the Vehicle from the status of Inspection if any lines show that investigation is required or there are notes that need further input move the status of the vehicle to 'Master Tech Inspection'. 

From the Active Job Card:

  • Go to the Estimate tab 

  • Print out the list for the Master Tech to investigate
  • Once they have looked into the issue you can now add additional lines. 

Once the additional inspection has taken place you can now move it back to 'Inspections' and carry on.
