Activity Log

Every action within WorkEngine is captured, if you need to see what activity the vehicle has been through or who has moved the vehicle you can see this in the Activity Log.

How to View the Activity Log

When you are in a form:

Select the 3 dots in the top right of the screen

Select Activity from the dropdown, this opens the activity log

User Filter	Search for a specific user
Change Filter Type	Search for a field or status change
Object Update	When a field has been updated
Object Status Change	When a status change has happened
Name	Who performed the action
Date & Time	When the action was done

To view further information select the down arrow next to the date & time. This opens the field and will show you what the old value was and what it was changed to.
