Final QC

Once Cleaning has been completed a final QC needs to be done. 

How to View Final QC Vehicles

As QC Inspector, open QC Vehicles 

Select the VRM, highlighted in blue, to start

As QC Inspector, open the QC Vehicles View and search for the vehicle you need. This should be in the status of 'Cleaning'

Filter the view to show Vehicles that are in Cleaning, or search for VRM

How to Carry Out a Final QC

To start a Final QC :

• Select the + on the right of the Final QC box

• This will open a new form

• Confirm that you are working on the correct vehicle and press the Start button. If you have selected the wrong vehicle, select the X in the top right to close the form. This will take you back to the main page and you can start again 
• Fill in the fields as required. 
• If you are happy that everything is 'Within Standard', on the last page select Pass and the vehicle will move to the status of 'Imaging'

Failing a Final QC

If there are any that are classed as 'Failed' then at the end of the form you need to select Fail. 

You can view the failed vehicles by going into the QC Failed Vehicles to view them. If you select the vehicle from here you can add additional lines and move this to Inspection Complete. 

Moving Failed QC Vehicles

Select QC Failed Vehicles

Find the vehicle and select the VRM, highlighted in blue

This will open the vehicle details and further down will be the Add New Upgrade Line

Select this to Pick a Product by selected + 

Search for the product you want to add and select by clicking the line. 

Fill in all the required details and select save

The line will be added and now transition the vehicle to the Inspection Complete

This will now be removed from the Failed QC view
